We received a call from our DHS worker on Friday (Oct. 5) telling us that the court hearing is still on for Oct. 12 but she told us that we were not able to go because the biological grandparents are going to be there. Our DHS worker dose not want us to see them or them to see us. Also she said that the court hearing is just a review case on the biological mom and hopefully go for termination of her rights in Jan '08.
