Well we had the court hearing today. The judge agreed for the biological grandparents to have permanency with Little A and they can file for adoption in Oct. So now we start the transition period. Little A will go there this weekend overnight (May 2 & 3). Then overnight again on these weekends (May 9-11 and May 16-18). If all goes as plan he will move in with the grandparents on May 23, 2008 and they will foster Little A until the grandparents can file for adoption.
